We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United States your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Warranty

3000GT Stealth Solutions, LLC (3S Solutions) products are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. 3S Solutions holds no responsibility (either implied or otherwise) for any product’s proper or improper installation, or vehicle issue or failure when using any aftermarket performance products. By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer accepts full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that 3S Solutions holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse. 3S Solutions shall warranty its products to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from date of shipment. 3S Solutions shall, at its option, repair or replace defective product. The warranty becomes void if the product was subject to alteration, modification, misuse, neglect, or improper installation. This warranty does not cover damage to 3S Solutions products arising from anything other than manufacturer’s defects (IE: vehicle collision, etc). 3S Solutions must be promptly notified of a warranty claim. Details, including the nature of the defect and photos must be provided. This will ensure a prompt resolution to the issue. Consent must be granted via e-mail prior to product being returned to us. We’re proud of our products and never expect warranty issues, but if you have a problem, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We’ll work hard to make sure you’re a happy customer!

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:

Contact 3S Solutions for return authorization. Pack your goods properly. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
